Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and the operator of ProKameron Bot. By inviting, configuring, accessing, or using ProKameron Bot, the dashboard, slash commands, prefix commands, custom commands, moderation tools, logging tools, or any related bot feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot and remove it from your Discord server.
1. Definitions
Bot means ProKameron Bot and its related dashboard, commands, automations, data stores, and Discord integrations. Operator means the person or team that owns and runs the Bot. Server Administrator means any Discord user with permission to add, configure, manage, or authorize the Bot for a Discord server. User means any person whose Discord account, messages, roles, moderation records, or server activity may interact with the Bot.
2. Discord Terms Also Apply
The Bot operates on Discord and depends on Discord APIs, permissions, platform rules, rate limits, and availability. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Developer Policy, and any other Discord rules that apply to your use of Discord or bots. If these Terms conflict with Discord's rules, Discord's rules control for activity on Discord.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Bot only if you are allowed to use Discord and are at least 13 years old or the minimum digital age of consent in your country, whichever is higher. The Bot is not directed to children under 13 and may not be used to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. Server Administrator Responsibilities
Server Administrators are responsible for deciding whether to add the Bot, which features to enable, which channels and roles the Bot can access, and whether the Bot's configuration is lawful and appropriate for their community. This includes moderation logs, message delete/edit logs, saved role restoration, locked roles, honeypot channels, welcome and leave messages, DM welcome messages, server stats channels, slur filtering, custom commands, translation features, and any future feature added to the dashboard.
Server Administrators must provide any notices and obtain any consents required by applicable law, Discord policy, or their own server rules before enabling features that log, moderate, DM, classify, restore roles for, or otherwise affect users.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Bot to violate law, violate Discord rules, harass people, evade moderation, spam, impersonate others, collect sensitive information without lawful authority, discriminate unlawfully, expose private information, transmit malware, abuse Discord APIs, overload the Bot, or interfere with the Bot's operation. You may not use custom commands, welcome messages, logs, filters, or moderation features to publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
6. Moderation and Automation
The Bot provides moderation utilities such as ban, kick, timeout, purge, lock, unlock, lockdown, slowmode, moderation history, slur filtering, honeypot actions, role saving, locked-role restoration, join roles, logging, and server stats. These tools are administrative aids only. Server Administrators and moderators remain solely responsible for reviewing context, applying server rules fairly, and ensuring any action taken through the Bot is lawful and appropriate.
The Bot may make automated decisions when configured to do so, including deleting slur-filtered messages, warning users, timing users out, applying honeypot actions, restoring roles, restoring locked roles, applying join roles, sending welcome/leave messages, updating stat channels, or sending logs. The Operator does not guarantee that automated actions will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for every server.
7. Custom Commands and User-Configured Content
Server Administrators are responsible for all text, responses, arguments, placeholders, messages, and behavior they configure through custom commands, welcome messages, DM messages, leave messages, filter warning messages, honeypot notices, or other configurable features. By configuring content in the Bot, you represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate law, Discord rules, or rights of others.
8. Dashboard Access and Authority
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth to identify users and show servers where the user appears to have management access and where the Bot is installed. You may not access or attempt to configure servers you are not authorized to manage. If your Discord permissions change, your ability to configure the Bot may also change.
9. Availability and Changes
The Bot is provided as a developing service. Features may be changed, rate-limited, suspended, deprecated, renamed, localized, reset, or removed at any time. The Bot may be unavailable because of hosting issues, Discord outages, API changes, permission changes, bugs, restarts, data corruption, or other causes. The Operator has no obligation to maintain any particular feature, command, log, setting, or stored record indefinitely.
10. Data and Privacy
The Bot processes and stores data needed to provide configured features. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is used, how long it may be kept, and what choices are available. By using the Bot, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
The Bot depends on Discord and may use third-party libraries or services for functionality such as translation, image processing, OAuth, hosting, or networking. The Operator is not responsible for Discord's services, third-party services, or content controlled by others.
12. Suspension and Termination
The Operator may block, suspend, limit, remove, or refuse service to any user or server at any time, with or without notice, if the Operator believes the Bot is being misused, creates legal or security risk, violates Discord rules, violates these Terms, or threatens the stability or reputation of the Bot. Server Administrators may stop using the Bot by removing it from their server and disabling dashboard access where possible.
13. Disclaimers
THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION. THE BOT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR HUMAN MODERATION, LEGAL ADVICE, SECURITY ADVICE, OR PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, SERVER DISRUPTION, MODERATION ERRORS, ROLE OR PERMISSION CHANGES, MESSAGE DELETION, USER REMOVAL, ACCOUNT ACTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE BOT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE BOT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $10 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO THE OPERATOR FOR THE BOT IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use or misuse of the Bot, your server configuration, your custom content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of Discord rules, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where state law applies, the laws of the state in which the Operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Operator through the available Discord support or contact channel. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
17. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Bot and remove it from your server.
